For most bag styles, the MOQ is 500 pcs per design and color. Tell us your project โ we are flexible for first orders.
Can I customize every detail of the bag?
Yes โ material, size, color, lining, hardware, stitching, zippers, logo technique (embossed, foil, metal plate, embroidered) and packaging are all fully customizable.
How long do sampling and production take?
Samples take about 7 days. Bulk production is typically 25โ35 days depending on quantity and complexity, followed by express shipping.
Can you work from a sketch or a reference photo?
Absolutely. Send sketches, screenshots or photos of bags you like โ our pattern team will turn them into technical drawings for your confirmation.
What materials do you work with?
Genuine leather, PU, PVC, canvas, cotton, nylon, and recycled or eco-friendly materials. We recommend the best option for your budget and use case.
How do you ship, and to which countries?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS for samples and small orders; air and sea freight for bulk. We have delivered to 40+ countries.
